Angela Lopez May 12, 2017 Non-profit, Workforce 0 The phrases ‘mom,’ ‘working’ and ‘superpower’ may logically at all times be used together… A mother is a mom 24 hours a day, wherever in the world she happens to be at any given second and regardless of whether or not or not she works inside or outdoors the house. In my explicit case, ‘working mom’ refers to being the mom of three younger women and in addition holding a full-time job at National Able Network. I suspect I’m in good firm when I say that there are days when I really feel like I pulled off a small miracle (or two) simply to get from breakfast to bedtime and have everyone’s wants met. And then there are days after I need to let go of what I had deliberate for the day and simply accept what was. Despite the inherent business (and occasional need for superpowers) that comes with balancing household life with work life, I am very grateful I even have the o pportunity to experience each.
